We hope the following lists of next steps will be helpful to you.
Following our Open Morning should you wish to register your child(ren) for a place at Westonbirt Prep we invite you to complete this registration form and pay the £100 registration fee using the bank details on the registration form.
We invite children in Reception – Y6 to spend two taster days with us in their current year group. Our Head of Prep Admissions, Lauren Harmon would be pleased to send across a timetable detailing the arrangements for the day.
Upon receipt of the registration form and fee, subject to a satisfactory school report and academic reference (if applicable) and successful taster day, Mrs Mitchell’s decision to offer a place will be immediate. Mrs Harmon will arrange to send the following documents through to you electronically:

Medical Form
Parental Acceptance Form (£500 deposit for Rec to Year 6 & £250 Nursery term time and £500 Nursery year round.)
If you wish to accept the offer of a place we ask that you return the relevant documents and deposit. As soon as the forms and payment is submitted, your child’s place at Westonbirt Prep will have been secured. Mrs Harmon will confirm receipt with you electronically.
Before you register your child, if you would like to visit the school again, Mrs Mitchell warmly welcomes you to meet with her so that she may learn a little more about what you are looking for in a school and to give you a further insight into life at Westonbirt Prep.
