Westonbirt School Fees

School Fees applicable from January 2025 for both Spring and Summer terms 2024/25.

School fees cover the normal curriculum, together with catering and most books and stationery. The following items may be charged to a pupil’s account as an ‘extra’, where applicable: school transport; public examination entry fees; theatre tickets, activities and excursions; GCSE, and A Level set texts, special medical or dental treatment and other ad hoc extras.  Fees are payable in three equal amounts, termly in advance, on or before the first day of each term.

Please find below our fees per term for all years and attendance types. Fees from January 2025 are inclusive of VAT, we have been and continue to work hard to mitigate the impact of this on our parents and have not passed on the full 20%.

The fees above include VAT as applicable and also closely related supplies that remain exempt from VAT.  Further information on extras charges will be made available following the publication of the detail by HMRC after completion of the consultation process.

Nursery Fees

Pre-school/nursery fees are not subject to VAT. We expect children in Reception under the age of five will continue to benefit from Early Years Funding, which will reduce the fee payable.
