Westonbirt School announced as finalist in Independent Schools of the Year awards

As this year’s awards season draws to a close, we cap off an impressive run of awards success with the announcement that we have reached the final stage in the Independent School Parent 2023 awards. The School has already been ‘Highly Commended’ in the Special Sixth category in the Muddy Stilettos Awards; runner-up for Independent School of the Year in the SoGlos Lifestyle Awards; and a finalist/’Commended’ in the Education Business Awards for Outstanding Progress.

This latest announcement is for the category of ‘Co-Educational Independent School of the Year’ and we are in very good company, with Charterhouse and Brighton College also announced as finalists. There were over 600 nominations across the awards, so to be a finalist is a tremendous accolade and a testament to the Westonbirt community’s hard work and commitment over the last few years since going co-ed.
The winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony in London next month.
