Our staff are talented and enthusiastic, ambitious for our children, and keen to share a fascination for their subjects. Many teachers are senior-level subject specialists, and we have qualified teachers among our teaching assistants too, significantly elevating the quality of provision. They are here to guide, not control, to unlock the potential in every child, helping them focus their energies, encouraging exploration and discovery and developing their skills as lifelong learners. They allow children to make mistakes and face challenges, readying them for the road ahead.Â
Specialist teaching begins as part of our curriculum as early as our nursery, with our pre-school and pre-prep children having specialist lessons in Forest School, French, Games, Music and Swimming. For our prep children, this is expanded to also include Art, Computing, Drama, English, Maths and Science.Â
