What are the aims of the course?

A bespoke Leith’s cooking course, the curriculum and lessons are designed to build practical skills and confidence in planning, preparing and cooking a wide range of menus. Successful completion will enable students to join the Leiths list; an exclusive list of Leiths accepted and qualified individuals providing access to a variety of catering & hospitality jobs worldwide.

Are there any specific entry requirements?

There are no specific entry requirements although basic cookery skills are an advantage.
