The Golden Ticket scheme 

Our Golden Ticket scheme allows boarders to invite their day friends to also take part in fun activities, and for those friends, provides an insight into boarding life, as well as the opportunity to have a sleepover. 

We are delighted to inform you that your child is the lucky recipient of a golden boarding ticket!  They have been specially chosen by a boarding friend to experience the following: 

• A free night’s boarding and meals (evening and breakfast) 

• An exciting boarding activity taking place during that evening 

Which date can I choose? 

Several of the boarding houses are hosting special house parties and events across the summer term.  These are open to other boarders (regardless of age) and now, also to golden ticket holders.  Don’t worry if your child can’t make one of these events; your child can just use their ticket for a boarding sleepover and evening meal on another evening. 

There are only a limited number of Golden Tickets available, so we would encourage early sign-up. 

House party events 

Friday 20th June: Beaufort’s Big Colour Blast 

One of the most popular events of last summer! Beaufort host a competitive colour run; in teams, your aim is to cover the opposition’s white tee shirts in as much of your team’s colour as possible!  Followed by a fantastic BBQ.  

Saturday 21st June: Badminton Bonanza 

Join the boarders of Badminton for a sports and swim party!  Bring your swimmers and sports kit for a session in the pool and then chill with a BBQ. 

Saturday 28th June: Sedgwick Boarding Bash 

A sports and swim party, this time hosted by our youngest house residents of Sedgwick. Followed by a BBQ. 

How to book 

Choose the event/date that your child would like to attend or provide the date on which they would like to stay.  Simply complete the online booking form here and a member of the boarding team will be in contact with you.

We run boarding on a full, weekly and flexible basis and you can choose the best option to suit according to your family’s needs. 

If you’re considering boarding as an option for your child and want to find out more, we are running a Boarding Evening on 24th June 2025 from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.  The evening consists of a short presentation with Q&A, the chance to meet key boarding staff and view a boarding house(s).
