We are pleased to announce that our personal trainer Lucy McDonald is now accepting clients for 1-2-1, couples and small group training sessions.
Lucy is a fully qualified personal trainer who is in charge of our fitness classes and is also offering personal training sessions to members and non-members of our Leisure Centre. She specialises in weight loss and strength training but will also help you get ready for your next big event, whether it be a triathlon or a 10k. She is available morning, evenings, most weekends and bank holidays. Each of Lucy’s clients receives an individually tailored training plan with a wide variety of exercises so it is never boring, as well as nutritional advice and 24 hour email support to help you to reach your goals as efficiently and safely as possible.
Lucy is very passionate about living a fit, healthy lifestyle and wants to help you to do the same: “I am truly committed to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals as I believe everyone should have the chance to become the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, or to improve your overall fitness, I will be by your side every step of the way to push you that extra mile. Fitness should be enjoyable and not a chore. I want to help people to realise this by making exercising tough but fun and sustainable by using the correct form and learning new and exciting exercises suited to you”.
